Define and sell inventory at the season or single-event level so networks can offer seasonal packages or one-off event buys with the same workflow.

Contract-level multimedia & merchandising

Track and bill non-airtime event inventory — tickets, hospitality, signage and similar items — either tied to specific events or event-independent.

Event-level revenue & placement visibility

Record revenue and placements at the event and placement level so attribution, advertiser reconciliation and reporting reflect the realities of each game or event.

Live Log real-time airing & reconciliation

Integrates with LiveLog to capture exact airing times as they occur, enabling immediate reconciliation and billing that reflects what actually aired.

Event-based & installment billing

Built-in support for event-based billing vehicles and flexible invoice cadences — including installment plans and arbitrary schedules (evenly, up-front, post-air, or disconnected from spot schedules) — for sponsors, teams and custom deals.

Affidavit portal, station-carry & makegood automation

What exactly is “Multimedia” in the Sports Suite?

Multimedia in Sports is non-airtime event inventory — items you sell and bill for at events such as tickets, hospitality, signage and similar merchandise. Items may be tied to specific events (units per event) or listed as event-independent; they can be billed with a specific billing date and post to A/R for cash, adjustments or journal entries.

Can I sell play-by-play inventory and bill by game?

Yes. The Suite is designed so you can sell, schedule and invoice by game number and avail type rather than calendar date/time, enabling correct play-by-play operations for teams, feeds and game avails.

What billing options are available for events and sponsors?

The Suite supports event-based billing and flexible invoice cadences: installment plans, even/up-front/post-air billing, or arbitrary schedules not directly tied to spot lists — useful for sponsorship, team partnerships or custom commercial arrangements.

Can merchandising and airtime be reported together?

Yes. Multimedia/merchandising is recorded separately from airtime but the system supports blended and separated reporting so finance can view combined revenue lines or discrete items as needed.

Is the Sports Suite suitable for both broadcast networks and rights-owning teams (e.g., professional teams, leagues or venue owners)?

Yes — the Suite offers cloud hosting and scalable deployment models (separate DB or shared cloud server with added CALs/seats).
