How do portal proposals become Counterpoint proposals/orders?

The portal submits proposals to Counterpoint via a secure API, so proposals created and submitted in the portal appear in Counterpoint as proposals/orders and follow your normal contract → schedule → invoice workflow.

How is data kept in sync (vehicles, agencies, rates)?

Sync processes update vehicles, agencies, advertisers and rate cards between Counterpoint Traffic and the Sales Platform so the portal’s product catalog and availability match Traffic. This keeps marketing material and rates current.

Who provisions users and controls permissions?

Network admins manage onboarding and provisioning (activate/deactivate agency and advertiser users); agency/advertiser accounts are linked to existing records and initially cannot self-register so admins control access and permissions.

What admin pages & settings are available?

Network Admin pages include personnel management, vehicle management (toggle visibility/configure marketing), agency/advertiser management, platform settings (labels, default salesperson, email lists) and per-user reports so networks control what buyers can see and do.

How are impression goals and pricing handled?

Campaign flows collect campaign impression goals and per-line caps. The portal supports CPM and flat-rate pricing; these values are included in the proposal payload that’s pushed to Counterpoint so KPIs survive scheduling and reporting.
